Atrius Health needed to know more about their patient’s journey and experiences while going to the doctors. We were able to clarify certain pain points and give recommendations to optimize their journeys.

Cambridge needs a better way for their senior residents to get tested for Covid-19. Many seniors did not feel safe going to a testing location or healthcare provider, while others had trouble traveling outside of their home.

Over 18% of the population suffers from anxiety and/or panic attacks - yet only 36.9% are receiving treatment.

I tackled the extensive SUNY website by re-organizing their Site Map and giving them a whole new branding look.
